Returns + Exchanges

Customers have 14 days from date of purchase to make returns for a full refund or exchange (this excludes final sale items). Any returns made after 14 days, will not be a eligible for a refund nor exchange. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags attached and/or in original packaging.



If you wish to make a return, please fill out and submit the returns form included in your original shipment. The returns form must be included with your return shipment in order for the return to be accepted and processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 7 business days.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We hold the right to deny refunds if returned merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements outlined and will send back refused returns at the cost of the customer. When exchanging an item, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want prior to returning your original purchase. This will guarantee that your exchanged item is available. You may then return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your any exchanged merchandise to reach you may vary.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of all returned and exchanged items. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. Infashuated cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.
