Shipping + Handling
We provide FedEx shipping options for all our orders shipped from Portland, Oregon. Orders received before 12:00 pm PST are shipped out the same day when possible, with the exception of holidays and weekends. If you would like to receive your order faster than 3-5 business days, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to make the appropriate arrangements.

Free FedEx Ground shipping for all orders over $150
$12 - Standard: FedEx Ground
$20 - Two Business Days: FedEx 2Day
$30 - Next Business Day: FedEx Standard Overnight
$50 - Canada: FedEx International Ground
$80 - Rest of the World: FedEx International Economy
Please note that delivery timeframes begin from date of dispatch. For US domestic orders, we use FedEx Ground service, through which customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date of dispatch. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. These delivery timeframes for ground service only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states. Any shipment valued over $500 will require a signature from the recipient upon delivery.
Upon completion of your order, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a FedEx tracking number. Please allow 24-hours after for tracking details to track on FedEx.com.
Infashuated uses FedEx’s International Economy service for all international deliveries. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties charged by the recipient’s local government are the responsibility of the recipient.
Items will be shipped from Portland, Oregon with an official invoice confirming the exact commodity value in US dollars. Some orders may experience customs delays. If such delays occur, customers should contact their local customs department with questions or concerns.
Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
